Going Green!

Unfortunately oil has been the way of the world for years and people don't know how to let go. I would be more than willing to use alternate sources but if we use corn we have to produce a lot in order to make all the cars go and that will not happen, we can't make that much corn to both eat, feed our livestock and feed our engines. We have to find something other than ethanol, while I understand they are looking at using waste/trash in order to convert it to gas and use it in cars, which is the latest on the horizon it has not been shown to be effective yet. I see some problems with this as electricity takes coal and oil so that would not solve our problem with oil totally until we have the funds to help the electrical companies switch over to the alternate source. You see once we find this alternate source, we will incur so many costly start up fees which we would have to make electric companies fork out those expenditures and when they do so this would inevitably mean they will past the costs along to the consumer. It's not as easy as it sounds you know and it will be very expensive, going green is something we all want to do but because of the expense believe it or not the government is trying to save us the money. It will take time unfortunately and on this we will need to be patient and do one thing at a time; we already have “green” friendly cars.
